Please note that all orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed for dispatch the next day. For orders placed on holidays, we kindly request your patience as they will be processed on the next working day due to the shelf life of our edibles.

When placing your order, please make sure to provide accurate shipping information, including your address and contact number. Any delay in delivery due to incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customers.

At Fazal Sweets & Bakers, we deliver through TCS courier company, and it typically takes 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive. If you require delivery on a specific date or occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 4 working days in advance.

We offer various payment options to suit your convenience. You can pay through your Visa/debit card of any bank on our website, and your order will be processed after payment confirmation. Alternatively, you can opt for cash on delivery service or direct bank transfer. Please note that for cash on delivery orders, the maximum limit is 3,000 rupees. If your order exceeds this amount, you will need to pay in advance.
